1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Lane Edge ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Extension.

2 Description of Service

Lane Edge is a Chrome browser extension that enhances the DAT One freight loadboard by providing instant RPM calculations, deadhead mileage estimates, smart filters, broker email templates, and dispatcher statistics. Lane Edge is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DAT Solutions, LLC.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the Extension solely for professional freight dispatching purposes. By using Lane Edge you represent that you meet these requirements.

4 Free Trial & Subscription

Lane Edge offers a limited free trial period. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription at the current listed price. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Lane Edge does not store your payment card information.

5 Referral Program

Users may earn one free month of service for each new subscriber referred using their unique referral link. Referral credits are applied after the referred user completes their first paid billing cycle. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Lane Edge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension
• Use the Extension to scrape, harvest, or store DAT One data beyond its intended display purpose
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Extension or any portion of it
• Use the Extension in any manner that violates DAT One's own terms of service
• Attempt to circumvent license validation or trial limitations

7 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding within Lane Edge are the exclusive property of Lane Edge and its creators. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Extension.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Lane Edge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all versions of DAT One or Chrome. RPM and mileage calculations are estimates and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lane Edge and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the three months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
